We only process data you provide voluntarily: contact and shipping details entered in the order and contact forms (name, email, phone, address, message content) and the email address given for the newsletter. The site requires no registration and collects no special categories of data. Technical browsing data (server logs) is processed by the hosting provider for security purposes.
Data is processed to: (a) fulfil orders and quote requests — legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR); (b) reply to enquiries sent via the forms — Art. 6.1.b; (c) comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations — Art. 6.1.c; (d) send the newsletter only to those who request it — consent, Art. 6.1.a, revocable at any time.
Order data is kept for 10 years to comply with civil and tax obligations. Contact enquiries are kept for the time needed to reply and for 24 months thereafter. The newsletter email address is kept until consent is withdrawn (unsubscription).
