Products on www.brunitta.it are sold by Azienda Agricola Brunitta, Via Mogadiscio sn, Cocumola — 73030 Minervino di Lecce (LE), Italy — VAT IT05081730755, email info@brunitta.it, tel. +39 340 368 4710. These terms govern distance selling under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and EU consumer law.
The products sold are artisan foodstuffs (pasta, extra virgin olive oil, flour, sweets) and gift boxes. Pictures are illustrative. All prices are in euro and include VAT; shipping costs are shown separately before the order is confirmed. The price applicable to the customer is the one displayed at the time of ordering. Prices include Italian VAT. For orders shipped to other European Union countries, VAT is applied under the intra-EU distance selling rules: the amount you pay is always the one shown when you confirm the order, with no additional customs charges within the Union.
The order sent through the site (summary via email or WhatsApp) is a purchase proposal. The contract is concluded when the seller confirms product availability and sends payment instructions. The seller may decline orders in case of unavailability or anomalies; in that case nothing is owed by the customer.
We accept: PayPal and credit/prepaid cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, PostePay); advance bank transfer — IBAN IT42X0303279720010000384081, BIC BACRIT21595, CREDEM Maglie branch, to be received within 5 working days, after which the order is cancelled; cash on delivery (Italy only).
Shipments are entrusted to an express courier. Estimated delivery in Italy: 4-6 working days from confirmation; in Europe: 5-10 working days (non-binding estimates). Costs for Italy: €4.70 up to 5 kg, €7.70 from 5 to 10 kg, €11.20 from 10 to 15 kg; free shipping on orders over €69. For other EU countries the cost is calculated by weight and destination and shown at checkout before the order is sent. On receipt, check the parcel and report any damage to the courier.
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving reasons, under EU Directive 2011/83 and the Italian Consumer Code, by writing to info@brunitta.it. Products must be intact, unopened and in their original packaging. Return costs are borne by the consumer. The refund, including standard delivery costs, is issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method. Withdrawal is excluded for goods liable to deteriorate rapidly, sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and personalised goods (e.g. favours with dedicated labels).
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code. If a product is faulty or non-conforming, contact info@brunitta.it: it will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost.
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer resident in another European Union country, the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence that are more favourable to you continue to apply (Article 6 of Regulation EC 593/2008, "Rome I"). Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile. Before going to court you may seek an out-of-court settlement by writing to info@brunitta.it or by contacting an accredited ADR body in your country. The European ODR platform ceased operations on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
