The term starts the day you receive the parcel. The request is enough: the goods do not have to be on their way yet.
You get a confirmation email telling you where to send the goods and what to include.
Products must be intact, unopened and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense.
From the day we receive the return, using the same payment method you used, including standard delivery costs.
By law (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code) withdrawal is excluded for goods liable to deteriorate rapidly, for sealed goods that were opened after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and for personalised goods — for example wedding favours with a dedicated label. As these are food products, please do not open the packaging if you are considering a return.
